A bit about myself....
My background is in nursing where I have spent nearly twenty years as an Orthopaedic scrub nurse, so am DBS checked thoroughly. Prior to that I had my jockeys licence for National Hunt and Flat racing although my time was mainly on the yard 'breaking in' the youngsters ready to sell on. As a family growing up we bred Shih Tzus and on the racing yard bred Whippets. We had over 20 dogs as pets growing up, although due to my nursing career I couldn't dedicate enough time to owning a dog. Instead we have had many Norwegian Forest cats and our latest is a Ragdoll!
I decided to step away from nursing as a full time career to combine my love for animals, the outdoors and fitness, and also for helping people out, those who are unable to care for their animals during the day due to work or reduced mobility. It is a new career for me, one were the animals will be beautifully cared for as if they are my own.
